Apologies for having to reach out to you, but I've gotten no cooperation with Costco staff regarding a $1700 defective Maytag refrigerator delivered October 4, 2019. My front door was damaged, my kitchen entrance frame was damaged, my hardwood floor is damaged from water leakage from this refrigerator. It's extremely noisy, like someone is trying to break out from the inside of refrigerator. I'd like a replacement and some satisfaction as a long-time Costco member. Please help. I'm dealing with cancer the pas;t year and don't need this problem on top of everything else. - Sincerely, D. Santos
