We have been trying for days to get through the phone lines for Costco Travel to cancel our upcoming trip (#C369321680). However, after hold times of hours and then being disconnected multiple times, we are feeling extremely frustrated at the lack of customer service. There are deadlines to refunds and they are about to pass and there is nothing we can do as there is not an alternate way to cancel Costco Travel, for example an online cancel option or email contact. Further, Costco cancelled its travel insurance on its credit card a few months ago leaving us further frustrated. Can you please assist us by providing customer service of any kind?
