Greetings. I understand you are the CEO of Costco.
I have enjoyed shopping and buying all of my electronics, dry goods and fuel at your stores..... until recently. I was turned away with my two toddlers because they will only allow 2 people per membership to enter the building. It happened twice once with my husband. I was told weâd have to have a SEPARATE memebership to enter. I saw it happen to others trying to go shopping with their family. We spend $15,000-30,000 a yr at Costco, but turning away families is not going to help your business reputation. If it happens to me again I may cancel my membership and suggest others with families to do the same, here in St George Utah, family means everything. I would like to continue shopping there and bring my family with me, we have always been polite, stayed a distance away from others and promoted Costco in our conversations. Not everyone can afford a babysitter or leave their kids in the car. It happened to many, many people in my town. Thank you for your time.
