I am very disappointed in Costco and their so-called membership program for Veterans of the United States armed services.
I was approved to receive a Veteran's membership. When I applied at the Boca Raton, Florida store the gentleman who tried to help us with registering was at a loss and we ended up being charged for four (4) regular memberships. That has now been resolved. We returned to the store and were told that we should just get a regular membership, since Veteran memberships were not available. The next day my wife ops up her e-mail from Cdostco and lo& behold, an advertisement pops up for Veteran's membership.
