Hello Mr. Jelinek,

My name is Frank Garcia and I have been a COSTCO member since 1998 and never had any problems while shopping at COSTCO until this weekend on 12/14/19 at store #478. At checkout, a Cashier thought it would be funny to intentionally damage a product I purchased for a Christmas gift. When questioned what he had just did, he smirked and said sorry boss. I reported this to various Costco personnel who claimed to be in Management, but not one seemed to be concerned. When asked for the corporate number, I was given a bogus phone number of 714-741-2228 which keeps going to someone's voicemail. I went online and ascertained the corporate number and requested to speak with a Manager and was told they would have a Manager from store 478 contact me. I informed the person that I gave the opportunity for the Managers from the store to address the problem and nothing was done and that's why I wanted to speak with someone from Corporate, which I was not provided.
