I am a costco member for a long time. I recently ordered a matress and until I ordered I didn't know that a charge of $21 is added to removal of old matres. I don't have the old matress and asked customer service to remove the the charges but they say they can't. I hope you can help in giving the credit for the amount $21 which is not fair to charge for no matress for removal. I ask your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible for which I appreciate very much.
