I am a Costco member since 2004. I will not renew my membership when it expires in September 2020. Many family and friends feel the same way.
I understand as the President and CEO of Costco is your job to run your business as you see fit. As a consumer is my choice where I will be spending my money, and it is not Costco. Forcing your customers to wear masks is not in the company's best interest.
My questions is "why masks now?" I would have understood if Costco required masks back in March. But why now????
