Mr. Jelinek - I want to express my displeasure with the company that Costco uses to provide extended warranties - Square Trade. My 60" Samsung TV stopped working 6 days ago. I called Square Trade last Saturday to arrange for repair/replacement. Day before yesterday was the earliest available service date. The service experience was not good, but I'm limited here. My issues: Why do I have to replace my 60" TV with a 55" LG TV when LG (and Costco) has a 65" TV that is comparable in price to what I paid for my 60" TV? Why do I have to wait 7-10 business days for a replacement when I'm a Costco member and could get the set from the local warehouse? I've already had to select from the offered 55" sets that are not only smaller, but cheaper than my 60" Samsung. I';; be happy to provide more information. I don't feel that I'm getting a Square Deal from Square Trade. Thank you.
