My husband and I have been Costco Executive Members for close to 20 years. Never have we seen such a problem as last month when we bought two iPhone 7s. Within 4 days of owning these phones we went straight back to the Costco store in Conroe, Texas. We returned the iPhone 7s and returned to our old account at Verizon. Verizon was happy to have us back and awarded us $400.00 to our account. Great for whatever that\'s worth. Since then we have been threatened by both At&T and Verizon to be turned over to a collection agency to pay our bills. Our bills have been paid in full and my husband has now spent about 4 hours at Costco trying to right this error including just last Friday, July 7th. He was assured that all of this was taken care of and we don\'t owe anyone any money. We are not the type of people who have ever been turned over for collection and resent that your company can\'t seem to straightened this out. We returned those 2 phones in four days. I honestly don\'t know what to do or where to go to get this resolved. I believe the guy at the Costco phone kiosk does not know what he is doing. Please help straighten out this horrible situation.
Costco has always been our favorite place to shop and fuel our cars and pick up prescriptions. Last week after waiting almost an hour for my prescription to be filled, the pharmacist told me it would be 15 minutes more. We have spoken to Mark, the manager at the Costco in Conroe and were promised that all would be taken care of. Mark was very congenial and told me there was a need for another pharmacist. These were not problems we ever incurred with the Costco stores in GA. Please help as it seems to be a problem now everytime we step in the store.

PS I tell everyone of my great experiences with Costco especially the time I couldn\'t get the rental car we ordered in Boston through Delta Airlines and Costco stepped up to help. A call to Delta Frequent flier program and American Express Platinum were worthless time and problem not solved but Costco jumped to our aid.
