My entire family are members of Costco and we think very highly of Costco. It is a very well run business and I have confidence when I buy something it is a high quality product.
Unfortunately I am experiencing a problem over the past month. I called customer service to run a defective mattress. Your team has been unable to get Sealy to pick up this mattress. I have a queen sized mattress and box spring sitting in the middle of my house for a month. While everyone I spoke with is extremely professional I don't understand why they can't get Sealy/Global Resources to pick up this item. I have made 6 phone calls to your customer service, spent an inordinate time on hold , have been told I should try to contact Sealy (which is not my job) and the mattress and box spring are still here.
