My wife and I were sadly victims of a house fire back in October 2019. We lost all of our belongings. We have been living in a rental as we rebuild and have been purchasing items for our "in construction" house over the past year. All of the items have been stored in our garage, due to our current rental being fully furnished and equipped, due to our insurance. Many of my purchases have been at Costco, where we've been shopping since it was Price Club. We purchased a television in April which is still in its original box, never been opened. We have decided that we would like to return the television and exchange it for a larger model, since there have been modifications to our newly reconstructed home. I've been told that since it's been 90 days, I'm out of luck. I'm hoping that you take my situation in to consideration and approve this exchange for me. I look forward to your reply.
