My mother placed an order on May 22, for 6 items. We received a message saying the parcel was damaged and that it would be delayed, haven't heard anything since. Have made multiple attempts to call without success, being placed on hold for over two hours. The order has food, and we don't want it anymore since it's all been sitting in a warehouse or truck somewhere. We had prepaid, so we are out over a $100. Very frustrated and angry. Why is so hard to have staff to answer the phone? Not shopping with you all ever again, will not provide positive comments if asked. What happened to customer service?
