My name is Craig Burchatz and I've been a member for at least 25 years and my parents have been members for a lot longer than that, but my mom passed away on June 9th from a stroke and left some expenses. My older brother Dana Burchatz and my little sister TyAnna Byrd have worked for Costco for 20 plus years and my sister is the executor of my mom's will. My mom purchased hearing aids from Costco about a year ago. She didn't like wearing them though because she didn't believe her hearing was as bad as everyone told her it was. A refund would help a great deal only the people at Costco said they can't accept them back after 6 months so I am a bit ashamed in asking for your help in getting a refund to help with her expenses. My sister can put the money into my mom's account if you can help, if not, I am very very sorry for taking your time, and I hope this won't have any ill affects on my brother or sister's jobs for they figured their was nothing more to do once we were turned down for a refund. This was my idea to ask their boss.
