Could you kindly call me regarding a flight change waiting for 45 minutes on the customer service line then being cut off as this has totally disrupted all our holiday plans and when I asked the agent to qualify what flights were going out she cut me off . We have used Ryan Air many times but this service is terrible many thanks for your time I do appreciate you are a busy gentleman
