Craig, I have been a member of Costco for many years. In all that time I have never been disappointed, until now. I need a hearing aid . I have been waiting for over 2 months to just get on on the waiting list , to get an appointment.I have not even been contacted. When I go to Torrance Ca. Costco store they say yep you're still on the list. Its not the excellent service I have been use to at Costco! I can't belive you allow them in your store.....Jan
