Now I visited our Secretary of State to today, and the Vin# has not been entered into the Michigan motor vehicle data base. Purchase date 4/21/17, where is my title, plate and registration. Was told 4 -6 weeks for those papers and plates, as you are reading this most likely on 5/9/17 we are at 7 weeks, why has Michigan not received paper work (RD108) application for title, was in business some time ago, but do know this is a problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please give me an answer other than normal delay or excuse, can handle the truth. Sincerely Fred Flaherty
