Good morning. I am writing to ask for help with an unauthorized purchase. I have talked to PayPal multiple times and I was told yesterday it will take 10 to 15 days to process my credit. The transaction charged my bank account $998.00 and our house payment bounced. I am desperate for this refund/credit. Someone used my PayPal account and bought a MacBook Pro 1500 and it was delivered to my home (which is the hardest part to understand). I was referred to the Mac National Fulfillment Center and they emailed me a return label. The item in question (item #17298991490) was received at the Fulfillment Center yesterday, April 9th. The FedEx tracking number was 795459960848. The PayPal Case number is PP006787326423. Ryan at PayPal would not let me speak to anyone else that could help and he said many time "you have to wait, it will take 10 to 15 days". We live on a limited income and $998.00 is a tremendous hit to our bank account. I don't know what else to say. Can anyone please help me expedite this credit? Ryan did verify that the item was received in their warehouse. PayPal originally said "we don't process this transaction - you have to speak to the Mac people" and they gave me their number to call. Now that the item is returned Mac reps tell me "we don't process this - you have to speak to PayPal to get your money back. So I am going in circle and desperate for this refund.
