I have an issue with PayPal concerning credit line. After applying for and receiving a line of credit, I was prevented from utilizing this credit line by "the system".
It seems no one in your customer support system has the ability to identify this problem.
I have since terminated this line of credit due to the inability to utilize it. And I would hope that it does not impact my excellent credit rating.
After researching on the Internet I noticed that your Better Business Bureau ratings are starting to decline. I find that the negatives far outweigh the positives.
