I am just wondering if you make it policy to cheat your customers? I have been trying to fix a problem with my account for a couple weeks now. I have ben charged for 9 cancelled transactions. I use PayPal exclusively for my small business as I am just starting out, but I have run thousands of dollars through it, as well as paying off 3 loans and currently have one that because of the problem with my account I can't make payments on. or some unknown reason most of my customers want to use PayPal for payments. I am unsure however if you are the really best choice as I have seen I don't know how many complaints from others about how you cheat people. I am talking again with another agent about this matter, but if this time it is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will be contacting the media and anyone else I can think of, such as the Banking Commission, and FDIC. I am tired of the runaround I have been getting from your agents. I would like to continue to do business with your company, but at this time I can't until the overdraft is removed from my account.
