I have been having an issue since March 15th correcting fraudulent activity starting on EBAY and effecting my PayPal account. I have given your customer service all the evidence needed to resolve the dispute, but yet my account is still NEG. After I proved beyond any doubt that the money was not transferred to my account, they insist that is was giving me a transaction ID to my bank account. Basically calling me a liar. I have been a PayPal user for many years and just want this made right. I am not asking for any money I Just want me account to zero and the ability to use it again.
