I raised a complaint on 13/4/18 and have had no contact from PayPal regarding this to date. I have rung PayPal 3 times asking for an update and a timescale-every time I ring I am told the complaints department does not actually exist and work is carried out by the back office who do not take calls. What sort of Customer Service is this?. It is ridiculous that the only way I can contact Complaints is by, again, a formal complaint e mail--I have trawled the web and can find no contact number to talk to complaints. The whole complaints process is seriously flawed. I AGAIN HAVE RECEIVED A NOTE ON THE ACCOUNT INDICATING cUSTOMER sERVICES WILL BE IN CONTACT WITHIN 24 HOURS. nO CONTACT HAS BEEN MADE SINCE 13/4/18
