Good Day, Could you please help me with this case number listed above. I have went back and forth with a PayPal specialist that contine to not consider my valid tracking number showing the "physical address" from USPS. The seller did not send the item to the correct address however being that the item was delivered to the correct zip code Paypal is not requesting for the seller to show proof of the "physical address" they sent it to... Again I have valid proof from USPS showing that the item was not sent to my address.
