Dear Mr Shulman
In March 2016 I bought an online digital item for my son to assist with his last 2 years of schooling, (yrs 11 - 12), the payment of $99 USD was a two yearly reoccurring payment. My problem is/was that I failed to cancel BEFORE 11/4/18. I was charged $99 USD for something my son has no need for now, as he has completed his International Bacceraletue. I tried to contact VIBE Education on several occasions, no response, wanting to work it out with the company. I raised an appeal to try and have this matter reversed. No luck. Twice I have re-appealed. Mr Shulman are you able to look into this matter for me, as it is with the Executive Escalations Team.
