I made a purchase from Chicv International Company with payment through PayPal on Oct 13, 2018. I did not get a email confirmation of the order however the money was disbursed to them form my account. to date I have not received the merchandise and have emailed the seller for status with no reply. I would like a refund asap as I feel this company is a scam. Please assist asap.
