Concerning PP-D-49088202. This seller has scammed over 1000 buyers by providing a cheap $2.00 plastic set of 3 trays in lieu of the advertised product; an over counter stainless steel dish rack. When confronted they go through several emails offering to give partial refunds if the PalPay dispute is discontinued. Their final action is asking for a complete return of the junk trays and a tracking number. It cost over $50 to ship the junk back to China and who knows if you will still get a refund once the case is closed. PayPal has refused to provide a refund unless the buyer complies with the seller's requirements. I spent over 45mins on phone with CSR Nicka and waited for three attempts before a Supervisor Ken was placed on the line. Ken said he didn't mind if I stopped using PayPal. What kind of business are you running Mr. Schulman?
