I have had an issue with my beloved prepaid Mastercard. I have been a customer for many years. I noticed after my disability check came in w/I an hour there were $805 of charges not mine. I called while still pending. I do have questions for you, my main one is that was a week ago. This is my only money since I had to quit my job due to chronic illness. My husband is a Military Vet and not worked for going on 3 years still trying to get Va and disability and some relief from his injuries. I need my money. Did everything asked as well as writing the required letter. Please help me. I read some reviews online from other people now I am scared I will never get my money!
