Dear Dan,

Want to share a horrible experience I experience with your customer service department.

I was on the phone for over 40 minutes with them. They told me after all this time that they were unable to help me and referred me to make out a ticket with another department in your company. I went to the site and could not find where I was suppose to fill out that ticket.

Tell me why your customer service department can't fix my problem and sends me to a website paypal/mts. rather than filling out this form for me.

I spoke to one of your help center supervisor Todd who was absolutely no help. when I asked him if I could speak with his supervisor he told me his boss Paul doesn't take calls. Horrible customer service. Paul is above talking with his customers?

Bottom line- I still can't log into my account, to pay my bill or purchase anything.

Hopefully you can help me. I'm a long standing customer. If this can't be resolved I'll be an ex customer
