Dear Me. Schulman,
I write to you because of great difficulty in getting a bank transfer done from a sale on Ebay. The sale was on July 26th and I still am having the problem. The fourth effort to transfer is being made today. The last three times your people did not enter the correct account number, omitting 3 digits, so the transfer was denied by my bank. This is very hard on me as I needed the money for expenses, which had to be taken from savings. I will be hard pressed to use Paypal again.
