@dan_schulman – Daniel Schulman – Dear Mr. Schulman; I talked to Dillan and Faith about this situation to no resolve

Annette M. Dunson sent a message to Daniel Schulman that said:

Dear Mr. Schulman; I talked to Dillan and Faith about this situation to no resolve. They asked me security questions but the information was not correct. I am trying to link my checking account to my paypal account. I was trying to pay my paypal account. I explained to them I gave the correct answers.... the ones they had were incorrect. Dillan tried to tell me that I have to contact the bmv and the credit bureaus and fix the problem. I asked him did he have other questions and he said he wasn't doing anything but take a one time payment. (paraphrasing) I gave my birthday, address, and last 4 social to the first young lady. I didn't get her name. I also gave her my bank account number...which she said was in the system. Dillan confirmed this...but I explained that I couldn't log in. He then says it's because I have a block. I asked him how could he take my payment if he did not know who I was. He told me to call back in 48 hours. THAT WILL BE THE FOURTH TIME I'VE CALLED. I would appreciate someone contacting me and linking my bank account with my paypal. I asked Dillan if someone can call my house to confirm it's me and he said NO that I HAVE to call. I figured that would be easier than telling the bmv to change the title of a car that has the wrong info. I am hoping I can get a positive resolution to this, so that I can continue to be a customer.
