I am writting to you because your customer support agents Naveen, BD, Jinal, Victor Raju and Avinash are no help at all I just need to have someone call me because my account issue. But they never returned to me. I tried to send them a message thru "the bot" chat in Facebook but they keep on replying using a standard response. They do not care at all.
