I have had a issue pending with PayPal since July 13th. This is in regards to money transferred back to PayPal from Chase Bank. I have repeatedly been told to use ACH to find the money; however, there were issues on the Chase side that preclude using ACH. I have been trying to speak to someone who can use the transaction identifiers that Chase provided to find the money but to no avail. There were two tickets created with the promise of a follow up phone call but alas, no calls transpired. I would appreciate it if you could enable telephonic communication. Thank you for any help you can provide.
