Dear Mr. Schulman,
I want you to know that I am very disappointed in PayPal. To make a long story short, I ordered a sewing machine on April 30, and paid using my PayPal account. As of June 26, 2020, I had not received the sewing machine. I had corresponded with vendor several times, but they didn't give me any help. On July 13, I got an email from PayPal informing me that the claim I filed had been denied, because according to the tracking number, the machine had been delivered on June 12. What they didn't note was that according to USPS, the item was delivered in the mailbox and was a "small packet". What I got in the mail was a pair of athletic socks, not a sewing machine. CapitalOne has refunded me my $89.99l, and thankfully are going to investigate this scam , but I got NO help from PayPal, which is inexcusable in my opinion.
