This is my SECOND email that I sent to you without a response!!!
I have spent hours over a two day period attempting to receive a refund on a Pay Pal accounting error. I was told that my refund would appear on my Pay Pal account and this failed to happen, After hours of waiting to speak to another representative, I was then told that this refund would be sent to my Master Card account. This has yet to appear in my account and I am requesting your support in resolving this matter. As the CEO, I would assume that you do encourage your representatives and yourself to practice honesty and responsive customer service!
