"You lost money just because someone sent you money by mistake!"
Here was what happened: someone I don't know sent me a large amount of $4110 USD by mistake, and a fee of $152.37 was charged by PayPal. Because this is not my money, so I responded the case by agree to refund, however PayPal not only withdraw the total amount I received from this transaction which is USD $3957.63, but also withdraw extra $152.37 from my account.
I have been a PayPal member for 17 years and please help your royal clients.
