Dears Sir at the beginning of October I received a request from your company asking for documentation to confirm the owners of my small business Heights Inc. I provided the required documents by return and received confirmation that you were "reviewing" these.
I found out on Monday that you had "limited" our account thus preventing us from doing business during the busiest shopping week of the year! I am not able to receiver paymnents or send money to other people or send money requests.
We are a small business who has used your service successfully without issue for over 15 years, I cannot understand why you would take this action when we have fully complied with your request well within the time frame.
I need someone to contact me by return to explain how this situation is doing to be resolved and how you will reimburse us for the loss of business.
