Good afternoon Mr Schulman, I hate having to go straight to the top but on this occasion I feel I need to. I have two complaints going on re disputes for items that should have come from China but they never arrive, when you go to your resolution, or complaints department to be honest they just don't listen , all I want is refunding for the total of $69.88 but you think I was asking for the world, I am a honest person and I keep telling them that its not arrived but they say it has, one of the items was a couple of chairs they say we received them but all we got was the cover to put the chairs into and they must have cost at least $2 dollars each, sorry but I have got to my wits end, I suffer from depression and this makes it ten times worse, Please sir see what you can do for me, myself and my partner both have accounts with paypal and have always found the excellent up to now, sorry for going on but I needed to get this off my chest.
