I am writing to you in an effort to have a matter resolved. I have reached out to you customer service line, but due to the corona virus, your customer service department is closed. In responding to an email message I sent your customer service department, the response I received was similar to the one I received when I called the customer service line, directing me to look through the FAQs for a solution to my issue.
I need a resolution to a dispute and need some help. Can you resolve my issue for me? I can send you all the documentation I have.
