Good morning, Dan I have paypal account and I was worrying why they are telling me I can't know longer use this account nor can it be reopen. I only use this account one time and was in Feb 2020 an my package got in the wrong hand. And I got it back.
They ask for all kind of verfication and I did that.So i don't know what' the problem.
