Hello Dan Schulman, I don't like to have to contact you with regards to this matter; however, I have been trying to get this resolved with your customer service for about 10 days. I have a PayPal pool that we use for our facebook book group expenses and for the last few weeks I'm not able to access the funds to transfer the money out of the pool and into my account to be able to pay. Customer service will not help with transferring the money for me and they have been of no help other than telling me I basically must just wait for this problem to get corrected. Meanwhile I have some bills to pay. So if you don't mind please can you help me get the moneys in my pool transferred so I can have access to them. I've been a good customer for many years as you can probably see.
