Hello! I am currently overseas and wanted to verify two payments customers of mine made. Your security system wanted to send me a text to the phone number you have on file, but because I am overseas, my American phone does not work and hence the text number does not work. Please don't misunderstand. I appreciate the security. But there has to be a way for me to confirm it is me so I can check that information. So couldn't you have offered to send an email to the address you have on file? It would have accomplished what we both want.
