Hello I am sorry to bother you but I am at my wits end. I thought pay pal was there to protect me but the company has sided with someone taking advantage of this epidemic. I bought some seeds from Poland that advertised free delivery, I am not used to being scammed so I quickly on auto pilot clicked through to pay with PayPal. I then realised they had added 12 pounds for delivery! Of seeds that are light as a feather. I quickly searched their Web. Page for an email address or phone number but there was nothing, so I quickly, within 30 mins, asked to cancel my purchase with PayPal, I thought as I was so quick they would help me, but no they sided with the scammer without even talking to me first, I then appealed it, and appealed a further twice, all were sided with the scammer. I then tried to speak with someone but was met with silence, I asked to be emailed because I am unable to sit checking my phone every 30 seconds for 5 hours but nothing. I think it is absolutely disgusting how I have been treated and I am refusing to use your company as it is clearly not a safe medium, I will use my credit card in future. Something needs to be done about how you treat innocent people.
