Hello, I don't know who else to contact I have a problem with paypal that was not my errors but the reps errors and I cannot get a resolve. I have talked with 7 different reps and a supervisor whose call got lost and he never returned it. I filed a dispute against an ebayer where I purchased a pair of boots that would not fit. Paypal opened a claim but entered the wrong item and customer causing the first mistake. I called again and the same thing happened the second time. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with no results. I had the issue resolved with Ramone and on Sunday I get a text stating that my claim has been closed and paypal says I must go to my bank to get it resolved. I need a new claim opened this was not my mistake but paypals mistake , It is even not about the money anymore but correcting an error they made many times over. . The customer reps I dealt with in order are Kim messed up 1st claim, then John in dispute dept just copied what Kim had entered and messed up second claim. I was sent to Ramone who was great and opened a new claim and had it correct then I receive an email stating it has been closed because I did not contact paypal. I was on the phone over 4 hours. Please help me get this situation resolved so I do not lose faith in paypal. I know you are a very busy man but it would only take a few minutes to correct this. I need this money , I am on a fixed income as I am retired. Thank you so much for your time. I hope you can help me no one at paypal seems to want to help me. Anna a rep told me at first that I could not speak to a supervisor or leader in charge but I kept pushing the issue and she connected me then I was putting him on speaker and we accidently got hung up and there is no way I could get back in touch with him and he never bothered to contact me again.
