I'm writing you in hopes that you as upper management can assist with how your employees handle their customers' claims? I'm currently out of over $70.00 simply because you business folks refused to even assist me properly? Your non-personable website makes it impossible to actually reach someone? I deleted my PayPal account bc of the way your employees decided to CLOSE out my claims and never even received the merchandise I purchased through your e-commerce? PayPal is suppose to be my "BUFFER" in case the transaction fell thru? In both cases it did! I am a single parent and money don't come in our home fast so, when scandalous businesses steal consumers money, you hoping help will come..PayPal...allowed these criminals keep my money!
