I have an issue with contacting Pay Pal. I called the main contact number for Pay Pal and was told after 5 minutes that all agents were helping other members. The message asked if I would like a call back. I agreed to that process: Imy call back number was verified and my name. I hung up. Within 7 minutes, I got the call back and was told " an agent would be with me shortly." It has now been 45 minutes on hold!!!!!! My questions to you is: 1. Why did they call me back if an agent was not available? 2. How come I am still waiting for someone to come online at 45 minutes of holding and counting? 3. Who is running your Call Center? 4. What do you think MY TIME is worth?
If this is happening to other customers as well as to me, you have a serious customer service issue, and an issue with whomever is managing the Call Center. Dan, this is NOT your management style....I worked with you before at AT&T.
