My name is Leslie Davidson. I have been a Paypal customer since the dawn of time!
I am very upset because I put thru a complaint that has been taking ridiculously long to settle.
I had a transaction for $70.00. The seller and I decided not to go thru with the sale. He then credited me the $70.00. When I looked at my Paypal account the $70.00 was taken out three more times.
My bank got involved because I called them when I really was not getting any help from Paypal customer service.The bank credited me back the full $210.00.
So of course Paypal used my back up and took it from my credit card.
None of this was my fault and I really want my money back. I call once a week and am getting the run around.
All Paypal had to do was look at my account to see what happened. There should be no question about this. Please help me!
