i am a Venmo customer and in August had my account hacked. I think as the CEO you need to know about the lack of customer support at this stressful time. I went through the process of straightening out this account and I thought it was taken care of. Sadly this was not the case. I am at a loss as to who to report this too as the Venmo support has been absolutely horrible. I have saved all the email from the Venmo support and would love to share this with someone who wants my business. Hopefully you can improve the quality of the Venmo support and another person doesn't have to deal with all these issues.
