I am an eBay seller, and I questioned a $2.77 charge for an eBay shipping label I didn't initiate on PayPal and PayPal unilaterally CANCELLED MY SHIPPING AGREEMENT WITH EBAY. I now have NO WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. I DIDN'T ASK FOR THIS AGREEMENT TO BE CANCELLED. Please reinstate immediately, and perhaps you should check your own POLICIES that enable YOU to CANCEL MY AGREEMENTS with third parties on a $2.77 whim.
