I am contacting you after several frustrating attempts dealing with your inept customer service (John #42999) and resolution platform (case  PP-D-41536316). I never received the item I ordered from the vendor. The tracking number provided by the seller is to a different address in the same city. All attempts to reach the seller have not been responded to. I am baffled as to why Paypal would resolve this in favor of the seller when a simple check of the tracking number (9400110200883198219224) would show that a different item was delivered to a different address. All my attempts to resolve this with your customer service have been a big waste of my time.
