I am sorry to have to bother you. but I am extremely frustrated. I am not able to speak with a rep on the phone and trying to go through the paypal message center is proving very difficult. The reps that are monitoring the messages do not seem to understand what I am asking and keep sending me all sorts of information that I do not need. Can you or someone from your office please help me?
