I am very frustrated and cannot find any way to contact PayPal. I have sold some HIFI equipment and accepted PP payment for it. I provided tracking info on my PP account. The shipment was received Oct 13, today is Oct 17 and the payment is still on hold, even though I was led to believe it will be released 1 day after the shipment is delivered. The most frustrating thing is there is no way to reach any living soul at PP, except your silly bot which repeats the same thing over and over.
